Lesson Overview
In this three part series, we will cover various aspects of a cardio abnormality called atrial fibrilation. By the end of the third lesson, the reader should be able to explain to the average individual what AF is, it's symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment, as well as a small amount of it's history.
AF is so common, a working knowledge of the disorder is typical for the majority of individuals over the age of 60. These four lessons will give you all the knowledge necessary to hold a lengthy, competent conversation with patients, doctors, nurses, family and friends.
Lesson One - Definition
